hello, i having some issue with photoshop, each time i try to open it it redirects me to the login page.
now i did follow all the steps but i think i have probably done something wrong with the hosts step.
i tried and did add the whole text to modify the hosts note, but in other to do that i had to like create a copy of the hosts note and then add the text, and only after that put the now modified hosts note in the original folder.
i think i probably did a mistake doing this, but i didnt find any other way to change the hosts note from the original file itself without doing this whole process.
if anyone can give any advice would be really appreciated, hope to anyone who reads this comment finds him/her well, have a good day.
P.S. (i m on windows 11, maybe thats the issue?)

I did everything, why there’s no PS shortcut, it only update the creative cloud.

Latest PS 806 does not load. Loaded it over PS 706 so don’t know if that makes a difference. Used GenP and did the host block and the firewall block just in case something had changed but it still collapses after inital load.

Yes I loaded it over the top of the previous version 706.
Have solved the issue. It needs a clean install and not installed over an old version.

It is named as GenP now and you’re gonna have to disable your antivirus

Follow the given instructions
1. Open Command Prompt
2. Paste the given code there: notepad
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts (It’ll open the hosts file in notepad)3. paste the IP’s along with the domains there (at bottom of file) and save the file.
4. That’s it
If you are not able to save the file then you can copy the hosts file and paste it to desktop. Edit hosts file on desktop using notepad and then add ip’s in it and then after saving, paste the hosts file in its actual location (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc) and confirm replacing

copy everything from the Block Hosts.txt file from Patch folder and paste it at the end of this hosts file that you are talking about

i did everything according to the guide , and everything went fine , but when i run photoshope it opens to the main menu with a black screen for a couple of seconds then crashes

Nevermind I fixed it
Came home one evening, computer said “need to restore” clicked restored. Everything still worked fine. A day after can’t find Photoshop or illustrator. Tried to install again and get prompt saying Installation Failed with Exceptions. We are unable to install Adobe Illustrator 2024 v28.xxx (Error Code: 501) said error msg for Photoshop

do you have creative cloud installed? If yes then uninstall it completely using adobe creative cloud uninstall tool. Then install photoshop again and follow the instructions

My photoshop just crashes randomly sometimes, like, I’m drawing, doing my stuff normally, and then it just crashes and puffs out of existence. Anyone knows what could be the cause of this? Thx for the help.

There is AGMService.dll but no exe.

im asking but, is this a virus? usually zip files with viruses have passwords because the antivirus cant scan them
its not a virus buddy. I test the application before uploading and if you need I can share virus total links of the files inside

It is inside the Patch.rar. Disable your antivirus and download the file again(you can only download the patch folder using torrent)
