To those having problems activating, please click Alt+Ctlr+Del (After instal), and select Task Manager from the list of running Apps and click on End Task. Now go back to copy and paste the Activation Code and see what happens. I had similar problems until I tried that. Hope this works.

did you have program blocked in your firewall or do you have any Topaz’s IP’s in your hosts files?
